Obv: veiled bust of Victoria left wearing small crown, IN HONOREM VICTORIAE R ET I EXCUD CUR CIVITAS LOND around (The City of London ordered this to be struck in honour of Victoria, Queen and Empress)

Rev: Britannia seated left, a British lion at her feet, receiving Londonia, Mercury and Agriculture, behind her are Industry and Knowledge, FROM MY HEART I THANK MY BELOVED PEOPLE MAY GOD BLESS THEM V R I around, 1837-1897 in exergue


Condition: Good extremely fine, good chocolate colour; Diameter: 76mm
