| Ref: 1791 | Russia, Elizabeth I (1741-1762), Coronation 1742, silvered bronze medal, a later copy, scarce
Rev: an angel on a cloud places a crown on Elizabeth's head, to her left a woman kneels holding a shield with the Russian arms and a heart, behind is a column with monogrammes of Peter I and Elizabeth, legend around (translation: "God's rewards through loyal subjects")
References: Diakov 86.3; Smirnov - Notes: this is possibly a nineteenth century striking, nevertheless it is a very handsome portrait bust.
