Rev: a monument with Fortune standing holding a mantle blowing in the wind, ships in a gale by her feet, biographical dates in exergue
References: MI i p.18; Eisler I 258/18; Thompson 16 Notes: The reverse alludes to the changing fortunes of this king, who ruled twice from 1461-70 and 1471-83, during the turbulent Wars of the Roses. At the Battle of Tewkesbury his army slaughtered all the Lancastrian leaders, and he was able to rule securely until his death in 1483.
