Condition: Good extremely fine, much original brilliance, slight wear to globe highpoints; Diameter: 74mm

Notes: the exhibition building was in the grounds of Leinster House. The exhibition was bankrolled by William Dargan, who developed the Irish railways. Despite well over a million visitors, it still resulted in a loss to Dargan of £9000.
